It's time to celebrate the love of cars at the New York Auto Show. "2013" is quite simply the best year for new cars and trucks we have ever seen. There have never been more vehicles to choose. Automakers are now offering more body styles, engine types, technology variants, custom made options more than ever before. "So whether you're in the mood for a new car, or just fantasizing about your dream ride of the future, the New York Auto show has got what you're looking for.'
Here a look at some of the stand out cars in 2013:
Most attractive car:

Most attractive: Jaguar XLR and Chevrolet Corvette
The next-generation Corvette was on display in both coupe and convertible forms, appealing to BWTV in different ways. With its crisp lines, abundant vents, and sheer attitude, the brazen Chevrolet Corvette looks like rolling escapism.

The long-promised Jaguar XLR is the gorgeous embodiment of modern and classic Jaguar styling. The Jaguar XLR with sensuous lines that stopped several of us dead in our tracks to ogle at. Even in a massive show, surrounded by hundreds of cars, its definitely a head turner for this summer.
Hybrid/Green: Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid

While fuel economy is an ever-present concern for car buyers, this show was short on breakthroughs. Instead, we give the green-car nod to the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid. It does give buyers in the extremely popular midsized SUV category another appealing choice. It uses a supercharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a 15kW electric motor to provide an EPA-estimated 26 mpg overall—on par with small SUV's. Best of all, the hybrid system is expected to command just a $3,000 premium over a comparable non-hybrid Pathfinder.
Luxury: Cadallic CTS

Sure, Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Volvo are the cars to brag about , but none were as beautiful as the Cadillac CTS. It may have been the setting, with the CTS displayed like fine art and the most fashionable out of all the other cars. More likely, the CTS made an impression as the finest example of the evolving Art & Science design, dressed with complex sheetmetal creases and accented with LED lighting. The interior is nicely finished, but like other Cadillacs it has the frustrating and distracting CUE infotainment system. That feature really marred our experience with the ATS in our road test earlier this year. The car will come out Fall 2013
SUV: Land Range Rover Sport

Despite its long and weighty name, the new Range Rover Sport drops a stunning 800 lbs. with its redesign, while growing 2.5 inches longer. These stretched dimensions allow for greater interior room, as well as an optional power-operated third-row seat, although it’s specified as best for children or “occasional use.” The lighter-weight, aluminum-intensive unibody should aid fuel economy and performance. Land Rover includes a number of technologies to maximize fuel economy, including a start/stop system, electric power assist steering, and regenerative battery charging
Budget: Kia Soul

Kia has redesigned the popular Soul, choosing to focus on refinements and up-level equipment over dramatic exterior changes. For an affordable, small car, the Soul will offer several features not typically found in the segment, including front and rear heated seats, ventilated front seats, panoramic moonroof, mirror turn signal indicators, and heated steering wheel. Bluetooth connectivity, satellite radio, and heated mirrors are standard. The Soul will offer an infotainment system, with Pandora Internet radio, voice command, backup camera, XM data services (weather, traffic, etc.) and navigation
