Gabby Douglas an Inspiration to Young Women

Gabby Douglas is definitely a hot topic among Americans and others around the world today.  The 16 year old gymnast from Virgina Beach.  The first African-American all around champion and first American woman to win gold in both the team and individual all-around finals.

Gabby has become an inspiration to young women everywhere, and could soon be generating a great deal of money from all her dedication and hard work.  According to the New York post, experts predict that this new gold medalist could make up to $90 million in the next ten years.

The 16 year old sweetheart of the Summer Olympics can actually earn her own weight in gold-more than $2.4 million each time she gets an endorsement deal, experts say.

The gymnast who already has a deal with Procter & Gamble, could land as many as 30 deals over the next decade, several industry sources stated.

"She's the new superstar in the sports markeging because she's has the exact message and image companies want to be associated with"said Kevin Adler of EngageMarketing, a sports marketing firm of Fortune 500 companies.
