Rihanna & Chris Brown Renite for "Cake remix"

This week, pop superstar Rihanna unveiled not one but two collaborations with her controversial ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, including a remix of her raunchy R&B track "Birthday Cake." The timing couldn't have been more explosive, as just over a week ago Brown drew a hail of criticism for his return to the Grammy Awards stage. The collaboration, obviously calculated to shock and titillate, will keep viewers guessing. Girl I wanna f*** you right now. Been a long time, I've been missing your body. Let me turn the lights down, when I go down it's a private party. Ooh, it's not even her birthday but I wanna lick the icing off. Give it to her in the worst way. Can't wait to blow her candles out," Brown sings on the track.

The lyrics in the song Cake, Rihanna sings, "Remember how you did it? If you still wanna kiss it, then come and get it."

Brown and Rihanna have attempted to keep any communication until now under wraps, but on Monday, they were finally free to tweet their good wishes. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBYN!" Brown wrote, and Rihanna retweeted him and responded with a joyful "Thanks!" The two celebrated the reunion of their fans -- Team Breezy and the Rihanna Navy -- throughout the day. Rihanna's apparent willingness to forgive and forget.
